研究黑曲霉真菌和假单胞菌对模拟废水中Pb^2+、Hg^2+、Cu^2+和Zn^2+的吸附,结果表明:实验条件下,4种金属的最佳质量浓度吸附范围是60~80mg/L;在同一浓度情况下,4种金属离子的去除率大小为Zn^2+〉Pb^2+〉Cu^2+〉Hg^2+;黑曲霉真菌和假单胞菌最适合的加菌总量为10%(体积分数);取样时间为20min;废水中的菲、芘、苯并(a)芘时Pb^2+、Hg^2+、Cu^2+和Zn^2+的去除均有一定的影响,影响强弱顺序为菲〉芘〉蓉并(a)芘:对4种金属离子的最适合的吸附温度差25℃。
The biosorption of Pb^2+、Hg^2+、Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ ions was investigated by the fungus Aspergillus niger and Pseudomonas. The result showed that the optimal concentration range of the four heavy met al ions was 60~80 mg/L; removal rate of the four heavy metals followed the order: Zn^2+ 〉 Pb^2+ 〉 Cu^2+ 〉 Hg^2+ ; total adsorbent dose of the two microorganisms was 10 %, and the optimal biosorption time was 20 min;Phenanthrene, pyrene, benzopyrene could influence the removal rate of the four irons, and the order from strong to weak effect was : phenanthrene 〉 pyrene 〉 benzopyrene; the optimal biosorption temperature was 25 ℃.
