以金桥煤矿2321调斜工作面回采巷道为研究背景,利用FLAC^3D软件分析两回采巷道围岩压力分布规律,通过现场实测得到两回采巷道变形规律。研究结果表明:工作面调斜开采时,两回采巷道围岩压力分布不对称、巷道变形规律不同步,调斜推进端巷道围岩压力及变形大于调斜不动端巷道围岩压力及变形。正常回采后,两回采巷道围岩压力及变形逐渐趋于对称。根据研究结果,提出了非均匀支护建议。
FLAC^3D software was employed in this study to investigate stress distribution around roadways flanking the 2321 roadways with rotary adjustment mining in Jinqiao coal mine. Field investigation was also carried out to capture the deformation characteristics of the roadways. Research results demonstrate that stress distribution around the roadways on two sides of the coalface exhibits unsymmetrical characteristics during rotary adjustment mining. As a result, deformations of the two roadways present incongruous characteristics. Roadway on the advancing side of the coalface shows larger deformation than that on the stationary side, resulting from higher mining pressure. Following the completion of rotary adjustment mining, mining induced pressure surrounding the two roadways approaches to the same level, showing symmetrical characteristic. As a result, the two roadways undergo congruous deformation. According to the research results, non-uniform support measures were put forward.
