以青冈栎(Cyclobalanopsis glauca)种子为材料,研究测定了种子萌发过程中部分生理指标的动态变化.结果表明:种子萌发期间,脂肪含量、淀粉含量都表现为逐渐下降趋势;脂肪酶活力、α-淀粉酶活力都表现为逐渐上升趋势;可溶性糖含量表现为先升高再降低趋势;青冈栎种子最适宜的萌发温度为30℃,且种子最早萌发.
Taking Cyclobalanopsis glauca seed as materials,several physiological indexes were investigated during the process of seed germination.The results showed that the fat and starch content gradually decreased,while the lipase vigor and alpha amylase activity gradually increased.The soluble sugar content increased firstly,then decreased.The optimal temperature for the seed germination of C.glauca and early growth of seedlings was 30 ℃.
