近些年来，分析企业创业导向对组织绩效的影响，已经成为公司创业研究中的热点与核心议题。在梳理相关研究成果的基础上，对企业创业导向与组织绩效关系的研究成果进行了系统总结与归纳，指出了目前相关研究的不足并提出未来研究的方向。

In recent years, it has become a hot topic to study the effect that entrepreneurial orientation of enterprises has on organizational performance. Based on the previous research results, the paper synthetically analyses and summarizes the mainly research findings between enta＇epreneurial orientation of enterprises and organizational performance and then points out the shortages about the current studies and gives the future orientations to the studies of this issue .
