轻量化的要求使高强钢板广泛应用在汽车和航空航天领域,然而大的回弹量给高强钢的应用带来限制。为此,主要试验研究了伺服压力机精确控制下的弯曲载荷、凸模位移和凸模运动模式对高强钢弯曲回弹的影响。研究表明,成形载荷、凸模位移及连续弯曲模式能有效降低回弹,而延长保压时间对回弹的影响较小。
The high strength steel sheets are widely applied to automobile and aerospace industries for the lightweight demand. However, the use of the high strength sheets is still limited due to large springback. Therefore, the effect of precise controlling the loads,punch motion mode and displacements via a servo press on the springback was researched. The results show that the load, displacement and multiple-hits bending can effectively control the springback, the extension of holding time can not reduce the amount of the springback evidently.
