目的探讨超声实时组织弹性成像技术(SE)应变率比值(SR)半定量评估1型早期糖尿病肾硬度变化的应用价值。方法将日本大耳白兔42只随机分为糖尿病组36只和正常对照组6只。糖尿病组经耳缘静脉注入5%四氧嘧啶溶液100-150mg/kg体质量,制成1型糖尿病兔模型,血糖〉16.67mmol/L为造模成功。于SE检查前检测血肌酐、血尿素氮水平。分别于建模后第1、2、4、6、8、12周对兔左肾行SE检查,随后每次随机处死糖尿病兔6只行病理检测。结果糖尿病组第8、12周血肌酐水平、第12周血尿素氮水平和第6、8、12周SR值均高于正常对照组(P均〈0.05)。血肌酐、血尿素氮与SR值均呈正相关(r=0.90、0.56,P均=0.01)。结论超声SE技术SR值可评估兔早期糖尿病肾硬度变化,且SR值与血肌酐、血尿素氮水平呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the application value of sonoelastography(SE)strain ratio(SR)on semiquantitative evaluating the renal hardness variation in type 1diabetes early period.Methods Totally 42 healthy adult male Japanese White rabbits were divided into diabetes mellitus group(n=36)and control group(n=6)randomly.The model of type 1 diabetes were induced by injecting 5% alloxan 100—150mg/kg into the ear vein in diabetes mellitus group and the animals with serum glucose levels16.67mmol/L were considered as diabetes.The levels of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were detected before SE.The SE were performed on left kidneys at 1,2,4,6,8,12 weeks after the models building,when 6 diabetic rabbits were sacrificed after each SE examination and pathological analysis was performed.ResultsThe levels of serum creatinine at 8,12 weeks,blood urea nitrogen at 12 weeks and the cortical SR at 6,8,12 weeks in diabetes mellitus group were higher than those of in control group(all P〈0.05).The serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were positive correlated with the cortical SR(r=0.90,0.56,both P=0.01).Conclusion SE SR can assess the change of the hardness variation of renal in type 1 diabetes early period,and it has certain positive correlation with serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen.
