With the development of hospital informationization, how to use the information means to establish the hospital performance evaluation system gradually becomes the important content for the hospital in strengthening the fine management. Starting from the necessity of hospital to establish the performance evaluation system, this paper introduces the theoretical basis and tools used of design of the performance evaluation system of our hospital, discusses about the establishment basis of the performance evaluation index system, and elaborates the design and implementation process of the system function module.
