采用改进浸浆法制备TiO2/Ti复合微滤膜,考察有机添加剂聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)和甲基纤维素(MC)对制膜液性质和成膜的影响,并通过控制合适的制膜液黏度,以期制备完整无缺陷的TiO2/Ti金属陶瓷复合微滤膜,将金属支撑体与陶瓷活性分离层有机集成。结果表明:PEI对溶胶分散制膜液中颗粒的荷电特性有显著影响,并表现出与水分散制膜液不同的特性。不同PEI的添加同时能显著影响制膜液的稳定性和粒径分布,其添加量为相对于TiO2粉体质量的3%,制膜液黏度可以在1 200 min内均保持稳定。制膜液中形成粒径约为1 370 nm的团聚体,可以显著地缓解制膜颗粒的内渗和提高湿膜层的稳定性。制膜液黏度随着MC加入量的增加而增大,且对成膜有显著的影响。黏度过大或过小,都会导致膜层不完整或裂纹的产生,合适的MC质量分数为10%。
The metal-ceramic composite membranes consisting of a ceramic layer on a porous metal support possess great potential for industrial application.A TiO2/Ti composite microfiltration membrane was prepared by using modified dip-coating method with polyethylenimine(PEI) and methyl Cellulose(MC) as organic additives.The effects of organic additives for the modified dip-coating process were investigated.Results showed that the zeta potential of the particles in suspension was influenced by PEI addition,which was different from that using water as dispersed suspension.The particle size and the stabilization of suspension were also influenced by PEI addition.The stable time of the suspension was about 1 200 min when added 3% PEI on the dry weight of TiO2 basis.Coating suspension was prevented from infiltrating into supports and the wet membrane became more stable due to agglomerates with the size of 1 370 nm in the suspension.The viscosity of suspension was correlated with MC,and the microstructure of the composite membrane was correlated with viscosity,too.The optimum added amount of MC was 10%.
