将发动机缸盖螺栓试样在电子万能材料试验机和扭转试验机上分别进行抟伸、循环拉伸疲劳和扭转等力学性能试验。通过对试验数据进行计算分析,获得发动机缸盖螺栓的主要力学性能参数,明确了影响缸盖螺栓力学性能参数与加载工况之间的关系。结果表明,该缸盖螺栓试件能满足设计所要求的力学性能,并阐述了螺栓力学性能试验方面存在的问题。
The engine cylinder head bolts were studied by tensile, cyclic tensile fatigue and torsion of mechanical property tests on the electronic universal testing machine and torsion testing machine. The mechanical performance parameters of engine cylinder head bolts were obtained by comprehensive calculation on the test data. The relationship between mechanical performance parameters and loading conditions which affect the cylinder head bolts is found. The results show that the mechanical properties of cylinder head bolts meet the design requirements. The currently existing problems were pointed out for bolt mechanical testing.
