以TiO2、ZrO2为主要原料,以MgO、SiO2、CaO为添加剂,在1500℃、1550℃、1600℃各保温3h烧成制得ZrTiO.材料,研究了各添加剂及温度对ZrTiO.材料的合成与性能的影响。试验结果发现:ZrTiO4材料较为适宜的合成温度为1550℃,各材料试样具有较高的体积密度和抗折强度。添加剂为CaO的ZT-C试样的体积密度为4.54g/cm^3,抗折强度为102MPa,适于用作高温领域的结构材料。
The ZrTiO4 material was synthesized by firing 1 500 ℃, 1 550 ℃ and 1 600 ℃ for 3 h with TiO., and ZrO2 as main raw merterials and with MgO, SiO2 or CaO as additives. The effect of various additives or firing temperature on synthesis and performance ZrTiO4 material was studied. The results show that the suitable temperature for ZrTiO4 material synthesized is 1 550 ℃, the various test samples has higher bulk density and flexural strength. The ZT- C Test sample with CaO as additive has bulk density is 4.54 g/cm^3 and flexural strength is 102 MPa, so it is expected to be applied high- temperature processing as structural material.
