以TEOS(正硅酸乙酯)为硅源,采用微波均相沉淀与喷雾干燥相结合的方法,在1370℃合成了荧光强度明显提高的硅掺杂的YAG∶Ce3+荧光粉。研究了硅掺杂对YAG:Ce3+荧光粉颗粒形貌和荧光性能的影响,并对其物相组成、形貌以及晶体结构进行了分析。结果表明,硅掺杂能够明显改善荧光粉颗粒的结晶性,进而提高荧光强度,但随着Si 4+掺杂量的增加,荧光粉团聚性加剧。
Si4+-doped YAG∶Ce3+ phosphors powder is synthesized with microwave homogeneous precipitation combined with spray-drying method by addition of TEOS.The influence by Si4+-doped on the appearance and property of YAG∶Ce3+ phosphors is studied,and the phase composition,appearance and crystal structure are analyzed.The results shows that,the crystallinity and luminescence property are improved by addition of Si4+,however,the dispersive of powders is serious with the increasing of mount of Si4+.
