长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA,LncRNA）是一类长度超过200 bp但不翻译成蛋白质的功能性RNA分子。lncRNA功能复杂,可通过多种机制可在表观遗传水平、转录水平和转录后水平调控基因的表达,广泛参与机体的生理和病理过程。目前,在生物体中已发现超过11万lncRNA基因,但lncRNA分子结构、作用的机制以及生物学功能尚未完全阐明。本文就lncRNA研究进展进行综述。

英文摘要：

LncRNA（long non-coding RNA,LncRNA） is a class of functional RNAs with more than 200 nt in length and lack of the capability directing protein synthesis. Lnc RNAs are versatile molecules and function as modulator to regulate gene expression at epigenetic,transcriptional and post transcriptional level to participate in diverse physiological and pathological processes via several mechanisms. Currently,more than 110 thousands of lncRNA had been discovered,but its structure,exact role in physiological and pathological process and underlying mechanism remain elusive. A brief review on the recent research progress of lncRNAs is herein expressed.
