A scheme based on dedicated and half-dedicated Web service with dynamic scalability is presented to construct the distributed Web service by idle computing resources at a low cost. The design of efficient access and load-balance makes the system maintain dynamic stable. The practice validates the good scalability and stability of the system,and its adaptability to the dynamic computing resources.
