吡咯伯克霍尔德氏菌JK-SH007是分离自杨树中的一种细菌,其对杨树病原真菌具有抑制作用,是一种具有生防应用潜力的有益菌株。为深入了解该菌株的发酵进程,放大发酵规模,并对发酵过程进行最优化控制,笔者对JK-SH007菌株液体分批发酵产生抑菌活性的动力学进行了研究。根据发酵实验数据,分别选用Logistic方程、Luedeking-Piret方程和Luedeking-Piretlike方程建立了模拟菌体生长、抑制真菌活性产生和葡萄糖消耗的动力学模型。经拟合分析发现,动力学模型的计算值与实验值拟合良好,可直观反映JK.SH007菌株分批发酵过程中的动力学特征。
Burkholderia pyrrocinia JK- SH007 isolated from poplar can inhibit the pathogenic fungi in poplar. To optimum fermentation process of strain JK-SH007, fermentation kinetics were investigated in this study. A kinetic model for the simulation of bacterial growth, the inhibition of fungal activity generation and glucose consumption were construc- ted by using Logistic equation, Luedeking-Piret equation and Luedeking-Piret like equation, respectively, based on the data from fermentation experiment. The calculated values in kinetic models fit well with experimental values which direct- ly reflected the kinetic characteristics during the batch fermentation process of strain JK-SH007. Moreover, the fermen- tation kinetics model provided a foundation for the optimization and amplification of fermentation process.
