为了研究基于温度场的混合式基层沥青路面结构的车辙性能,以广西地区气候特征为例,针对混合式基层沥青路面结构特点和现有研究的不足,运用有限元方法,借助ABAQUS计算了4种不同组合的路面结构的温度梯度分布和车辙深度。结果表明:采用连续变温的沥青路面车辙模拟分析方法更符合实际情况;通过合理的结构设计,混合式基层的抗车辙性能比半刚性基层沥青路面更优越;以水稳为底基层,级配碎石为过渡层及大粒径沥青碎石混合料作下面层的混合式基层沥青路面结构,不仅有利于减少路面裂缝的产生,改善沥青路面的内部排水,而且不会因其剪切破坏而产生更严重的车辙;沥青路面中面层是车辙变形的主要层面,厚式沥青路面结构的抗车辙性能欠佳,但通过合理的结构设计,也不会出现过于严重的车辙现象。
In order to study the rutting performance of composite base asphalt pavement structure on the basis of temperature field,aiming at the structure characteristics of composite base asphalt pavement and the flaws of existing studies,taking the climate characteristic of Guangxi area for example,the temperature gradient distributions and rutting depths of 4 composite asphalt pavement structures are analyzed by using finite element method with ABAQUS. The result shows that( 1) the simulation analysis method of asphalt pavement rutting using a continuous variable temperature meets the actual situations better;( 2) with the reasonable structure design,the rutting performance of the composite base asphalt pavement is more superior than that of semi- rigid base asphalt pavement;( 3) the mixed base asphalt pavement structure which is made of cement stabilized gravel subbase,graded gravel for transition layer and large size asphalt macadam mixture for the lower surface course not only can reduce the cracks and improve internal drainage of asphalt pavement,but also cannot cause more serious rutting because of the shear failure;( 3) the middle surface course of asphaltpavement is the main layer of rutting deformation,the rutting resistance performance in thick asphalt pavement structure is not good enough,but it will not appear too severe rutting phenomenon by rational design.
