Using a generalized Riccati transformation,integral average technique and matrix inequalities,some new oscillation criteria for the second order linear matrix differential system with damping term(P(t)X′(t))′+D(t)X′(t)+Q(t)X(t)=0,t∈[t0,∞)are established,which generalize and improve many known results in Lieterature.
