为深入研究钢筋与再生混凝土之间的黏结性能,以再生粗骨料取代率(r)和钢筋锚固长度(la)两个敏感因素为参数,设计制作9组试件并进行再生混凝土拔出试验。应用钢筋开槽黏贴点式应变片的方法,研究不同r和la下再生混凝土抗压强度、黏结-滑移曲线和不同锚固长度下荷载-滑移曲线,分析其对再生混凝土与钢筋黏结性能的影响。试验结果表明:随r的增大,再生混凝土的抗压强度降低,与钢筋间的黏结性能随之降低。随la的增加,再生混凝土与钢筋之间的滑移值减小,后期黏结性能有所提高。较r相比,再生混凝土与钢筋的黏结性能对la更为敏感。通过MATLAB程序对试验数据进行优化分析:再生粗骨料取代率为50%左右,锚固长度在20~25 d时,再生混凝土与钢筋间的滑移值最大为0.1 mm,表明再生混凝土与钢筋间的黏结性能良好。
In order to study the bonding properties between steel bar and recycled concrete, the parameters of the two sensitive factors of recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio(r) and reinforced anchorage length(la), design and manufacture of 9 sets of test pieces and pull out test of recycled concrete.Apply the method of reinforcement slot and sticking point strain gauge,under different r and la,the compressive strength of recycled concrete, the bond slip curve and the load slip curve are to be studied under different r and la, analysis of the influence of the bond between recycled concrete and steel bar.The results show that with the increase of la, the compressive strength of re- cycled concrete decreases, and the bond between steel bars and recycled concrete decreases.With the increase of l,, the slip value between recycled concrete and steel bar is decreased, the bond performance is improved in the later period.Compared with r, the bond performance between recycled concrete and steel bar is more sensitive to la.The optimization analysis of the experimental data was carried out by MAT- LAB program.When the ratio of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate is 50% and the anchoring length is 25-20 d, the maximum slip value of recycled concrete and steel is 0.1 mm,which indicates that the bond between recycled concrete and steel is good.
