FDI can promote regional innovation to a certain extent,and the capacity of regional innovation aslo plays an important role in the location determination of foreign capital.The paper uses PVAR model to empirical analyze the influence between FDI and regional innovation based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 1998 to 2008.Further, impulse response and variance decomposition have been applied to research the shock effect and influence coefficient.
