用平衡釜法测定了常压下,323.15 K下1-辛烯—苯,甲苯,对二甲苯—环丁砜体系的三组三元液液平衡数据,并应用Othmer-Tobias关联式对数据质量进行检验。然后用NRTL模型对所测数据进行了热力学关联,得到了相应的二元能量交互作用参数,并由这些参数对实验点进行理论计算,由均方误差以及平均绝对误差值结果显示,计算值与实验值吻合良好,说明NRTL模型均可适用于芳烃抽提过程的模拟和计算。
Liquid-liquid equilibrium(LLE) data for three ternary systems comprising 1-octene +(benzene, toluene and p-xylene) + sulfolane have been measured at 323.15 K and at atmospheric pressure. The reliability of the experiment data was tested using the Othmer-Tobias correlation. The LLE data were then correlated with the NRTL activity coefficient models to obtain the binary interaction parameters,both programmed by the Aspen Plus simulation. Based on the analysis of these data, NRTL model represented the experimental data with sufficient accuracy as revealed from the very small values of the root mean square error and the average absolute deviation in composition. So the model of NRTL can be used to simulate and compute the process of extraction of aromatic hydrocarbons.
