目的 探讨全身麻醉腹腔镜手术肠梗阻患者术中低体温的护理方法。方法 选取肠梗阻患者82例,均于全麻下行腹腔镜手术,按随机数字表法分成实验组和对照组各41例,对照组采用常规体温护理,实验组采用系统化体温护理,观察2组护理效果。结果 实验组各时间节点的体温均高于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组手术时间为(78.21±18.56)min,短于对照组的(82.36±19.62)min(P〈0.05);实验组寒战发生率为7.32%、躁动发生率为14.63%,低于对照组的56.10%、60.98%(P〈0.05)。结论 系统化体温护理干预措施应用于肠梗阻手术患者,可稳定患者术中体温,降低寒战、躁动发生率,值得临床借鉴应用。
Objective To investigate nursing of low temperature in patients with intestinal obstruction after laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 82 patients with intestinal obstruction in our hospital were selected and were divided into experimental group (n =41 ) and control group (n = 41 ) according to random number table method. The control group received routine body temperature nursing and the experimental group was carried out systematic temperature nursing. Results Body temperature of different time points in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P 〈0.05) ; Operation time in the experimental group was (78.21 ± 18.56) min, which was shorter than (82.36 ± 19.62) rain in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The incidence rate of shiver in experimental group was 7. 32% , and the incidence of agitation was 14. 63% , which were lower than 56.10%, 60.98% of the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention for patients with intestinal obstruction can stabilize temperature, reduce the incidence of agitation and chills, and it is worthy of further clinical reference and application.
