首先使用焦点小组等技术对企业内部跨文化沟通线索进行了定性探查,得到了跨文化背景下企业内部沟通线索影响因素的初始测量题项,然后在中国和澳大利亚同时实施问卷调研,并运用因子分析等统计方法获得了企业员工内部跨文化沟通线索的两个构面:文化线索和语言线索。最后,对研究的局限性和将来内部跨文化沟通方面的研究阐述了作者的建议和看法。
This paper first conducted qualitative study in internal intercultural communication cues through focus group, depth interview, and the initial items of internal cross - cultural communication cues in company. The data were colleted through survey which was conducted in China and Australia at the same time. Using factor analysis and other methods, the authors got two facets of internal intercultural communication cues, which are cultural cue and verbal cue. At last, this paper stated the limitation of the research and offered suggestions and recommendation to stimulate future research about internal international communication cues.
