相变材料热物性测试方法

相变材料是一种新型储能材料,其热学性质是决定相变材料应用领域和应用效果的关键因素。目前其测试方法还没有相关国家和国际标准。比较通用的方法是差示扫描量热法(DSC)和调制式扫描量热法(MDSC)。其他较有影响力的方法有参比温度曲线法和蓄冷材料测试方法。详细分析了各方法的测试原理和优缺点,并结合自己的实验对DSC测试中的各种影响因素作了详细分析,最后为相变材料测试方法的标准化提出了几点建议。

英文摘要:

As phase change material (PCM) is a new kind of material for energy storage, its thermal properties are key factors which determine the application areas and actual effect. At present, there are no national or international standards in this regard. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and modulated differential scanning calorimetry (MDSC) are universal at present. Other influential methods include T-history method and a self-designed method for cool storage. In this paper, the different testing methods are described in detail in terms of principles, advantages and disadvantages. The key influencing factors in DSC testing are analyzed combining with my own research. Besides, the personal suggestions on the standardization of PCMs testing methods are put forward as conclusion.
