目的研究天山雪莲细胞培养物的化学成分。方法对天山雪莲细胞培养物乙醇提取物的各个萃取部位进行反复柱色谱,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定化合物结构。结果从天山雪莲细胞培养物中分离得到5个化合物,分别为JB-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、3-羟基丁酸八聚体(3)、琥珀酸(4)、紫丁香苷(5)。结论化合物1—5均为首次在天山雪莲细胞培养物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the cell cultures of Saussurea involucrata Kar. et Kir.. METHODS The constituents of EtOH extraction from the cell cultures of Saussurea involucrata Kar, et Kir, were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography. These compounds were identified by their physical and spectral data. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as fl-sitosterol ( 1 ), daucosterol ( 2 ), octameric 3-hydroxybutanoic acid ( 3 ), succimic acid (4), syringin (5). CONCLUSION All of the compounds were isolated from this plant' s cell cultures for the first time.
