Exploring experimental teaching is the direction of today＇s experimental teaching reform for higher education.According to the requirements of exploring experiment teaching,and combining the characteristics of wind tunnel experiments,teaching mode and specific teaching programs of wind engineering exploring experiments for undergraduate are proposed. A large-scale wind engineering exploring experimental teachings were carried out for the first time in the country,and good teaching effectiveness was obtained. The successful practice of the innovation teaching mode based on the wind tunnel experimental platform points out a new direction of the civil engineering practice teaching.
