为了对1,4-二(4-羧基苯氧基)苯进行研究,对氟苯甲腈和对苯二酚反应制备了1,4-二(4-腈基苯氧基)苯,并采用1,4-二(4-腈基苯氧基)苯水解法制备了新型二酸单体1,4-二(4-羧基苯氧基)苯.通过考察反应温度、摩尔比对1,4-二(4-腈基苯氧基)苯以及1,4-二(4-羧基苯氧基)苯产率的影响,得到了最佳合成工艺条件.进行了熔点测定、红外以及核磁表征,结果表明合成的二腈为1,4-二(4-腈基苯氧基)苯,合成的二酸为1,4-二(4-羧基苯氧基)苯.
1, 4-bis (4-nitrile phenoxy) benzene is prepared by 4-fluorobenzonitrile and p-di- hydroxybenzene. 1,4-bis (4-carboxyl phenoxy) benzene is obtained by the hydrolysis of 1,4-bis (4-nitrile phenoxy) benzene. In order to get high productivity of 1,4-bis (4-nitrile phenoxy) ben- zene and 1,4-bis (4-carboxyl phenoxy) benzene, the effects of temperature and molar ratio are in vestigated. The optimum conditions for synthetic process are attained. 1,4-bis (4-nitrile phenox y) benzene and 1,4-bis (4-carboxyl phenoxy) benzene are characterized by melting point, IR and H-NMR. Results indicate that 1,4-bis (4-nitrile phenoxy) benzene and 1,4-bis (4-carboxyl phe- noxy) benzene are synthesized successfully.
