本文利用1990-2010年OFDI存量数据,参照CH模型构建国际R&D溢出回归模型,分析OFDI逆向技术溢出效应对国内技术进步的推动作用。结果发现,OFDI对国内技术进步具有积极的促进作用。在假定其他变量不变的情况下,对外直接投资存量每增加10%,全要素生产率就会增长1‰,但存在时间上的滞后效应,即国外先进技术逆向溢出有利于提高国内的生产率、产品的技术含量和实现产业链向高端延伸。
In the paper, we references CH model to build international R&D spillover regression model, then selectes China's OFDI stock data from 1990 to 2010, and analyzes the positive role of OFDI reverse technology spillover effect on domestic technology pro-gress. The results showed that OFDI has a positive effect in promoting the progress of domestic technology. On the assumption that the other variable remaines unchanged, foreign direct investment stock every increases by 10%, the total factor productivity will increase 1%0. But then time lag effect exists. That is to say, the foreign advanced technology will reverse overflow to China domestic, and reform China's traditional industries.
