针对影响网络用户不参与网络调查的因素,运用因子分析和相关分析法从被调查者角度进行研究。研究结果表明:奖励、调查形式、调查内容、技术能力和个人信息因子是影响网民不参与网络调查的原因。其中,奖励因子仅对未参与过网络调查的应答者有显著影响,对参与过网络调查的应答者没有显著影响;调查者身份不是影响网民不参与网络调查的重要因素。
Aiming to discuss the reasons why Internet users don' t participate in Internet surveys, using factor analysis method and correlation analysis method,this paper studies factors which influence Internet users' participation behavior in Internet survey from the perspective of respondents. The result shows that premium, survey patterns, survey contents, technical capacity and personal informa- tion are important factors which influence Internet users' participation behavior in Internet survey. Meanwhile, premium factor has re- markable influence only on Internet users who never participate in Internet survey, and factor of investigator status has no remarkable influence on online people.
