非营利组织的迅速成长改变了企业的生存环境。企业如何与非营利组织协同发展以获取竞争优势成为必须给予关注的现实问题。本文以“协同网络’’的概念界定为研究起点,探讨了协同网络形成的动因。通过刻画企业行为的社会嵌入性特征,阐释了协同网络形成及扩展的机制,最后指出构建协同网络并从中获取竞争优势是企业在竞争中获得发展的新的战略选择。
NPO has grown up rapidly, which changes the existing environments, The tact that the corporation, coordinates NPO to attain competitive advantages has been a practical problem which must be paid more attention to. This paper begins with the concept of coordinating network and explores the motive to establish the coordinating network. By describing the social embeddedness of firm behavior, this paper sets forth the establishing and expending mechanism of coordinating network. Finally it proposes that corporation attains competitive advantage by building coordinating network, which is the new choice of the corporation in strategy.
