对技术创新投融资风险进行评价不仅可直接识别风险状态，同时还可积极发现有潜力的技术创新投资机会。并对技术创新的成功运作在资金保障方面产生推力，提高技术创新成功率。在建立系列技术创新投融资风险指标体系基础上，利用前馈反向传播神经网络进行了评价模型的训练。经过样本内和样本外检验后。结论认为评价模型性状良好，可用来对其他案例进行状态识别。
英文摘要：
To evaluate the status of tech-innovations financing risk can not only help the investors to identify the risk directly, but also can help the investors to find more potential investing chances. Through the evaluation, the investors can get more information about the tech-innovations themselves, the process of the tech-innovations can be prompted greatly. This paper uses Feedforward Backpropagation Neural Networks to establish a status identification model based on any theoretical indicators. After the tests of in-sample and out-of-sample, it confirms that the model performed well enough to be used to evaluate other cases.
