本文针对我国高层医疗建筑的垂直交通体系普遍运力不足、高峰期候梯时间过长等问题,以广州五家大型综合医院的住院楼为例,深入调研,总结数据,针对性的展开研究,相应的从两方面提出解决措施。一是通过数据分析,结合三个电梯交通服务质量评定指标:5min载客率、INT(平均候梯时间)、PNT(平均行程时间),挑选出较有代表性的建筑来进行电梯数量配置的计算,进而推导出通过医院床位数计算出所需电梯数量的算式。二是对所调研的高层住院楼垂直交通组织的平面布置方式进行剖析,总结出可以被广泛借鉴利用的成功经验。
This article tries to provide solutions to the problems of how to resolve the vertical transportation issue in high- rise hospital buildings, and how to reduce patients' waiting time for elevators in peak period. This article takes five hospital buildings in Guangzhou for example. By thorough investigation and data analysis, it gives solutions in two means. First, by data analysis, it provides three indicators to evaluate the elevator' s service quality, such as 5 min passenger rates, INT and PNT. These three indicators are then linked with the number of beds in the hospital, which can be further used to predict the number of elevators needed. Second, by researching the layout mode of vertical transport organization in typical hospital buildings, this paper summarizes experiences which could be widely referenced.
