信息经济时代,大数据、智能制造、移动互联和云计算技术的应用使产业经济形态和模式持续创新和变化。成熟的创业生态系统,对浙江省抢占新一轮经济发展制高点,培育创新创业企业具有重要支撑。借鉴国内外创业创新生态系统构建的经验,我们提出,浙江省在构建和完善良好的创业生态系统时,可从系统、制度、网络和文化四个方面入手：即构建并完善＂区域核心链＂式的创业生态系统,增强系统的自组织功能,促进创业要素集聚和自由流动,＂内孵＂和＂外引＂持续推动系统的创新产出,从而加速浙江的产业升级和经济转型。

Information economy era, big data, intelligent manufacturing, the application of mobile Internet and cloud computing technology make the form and mode of industry economy innovate and change continuously. Mature business ecosystem plays an important supporting function in seizing the commanding heights of the new round of economic development in Zhejiang Province and cultiva- ting innovative start-up businesses. Based on the experience of the entrepreneurial innovation eco- system construction at home and abroad, it is suggested that the four aspects of system, institution, network, and culture should be taken into consideration in building and improving a good business ecosystem so as to accelerate industrial upgrading and economic transformation in Zhejiang Province.
