采用大孔树脂、硅胶、半制备高效液相等柱色谱技术以及重结晶等方法对青钱柳叶三萜化合物进行了分离纯化,获得了8个三萜单体,经高液相色谱(HPLC)、高分离度快速液相-飞行时间质谱(RRLC-TOF/MS)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)和核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)等检测分析,分别确定为β-香树脂醇(1)、熊果酸(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、白桦脂酸(4)、β-乳香酸(5)、科罗索酸(6)、马斯里酸(7)、阿江榄仁酸(8).
Eight triterpenoids were separated from leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus by macroporous resin,silica gel,semipreparative high performance liquid chromatography and recrystallization,and were identified as β-amyrin (1),ursolic acid (2),oleanolic acid (3),betulinic acid (4),β-boswellic acid (5),corosolic acid (6),maslinic acid (7) and arjunolic acid 8) respectively by HPLC,RRLC-TOF/MS,1H NMR and 13C NMR.
