为了提高传统膜材料的抗污染能力,采用化学气相沉积法在多孔钛膜材料表面沉积了掺硼金刚石薄膜,制备出了新型BDD/Ti复合膜。对BDD/Ti复合膜在含油废水中的电化学特性进行了分析,并对其处理效果进行了评价。结果表明膜分离技术结合电化学清洁技术,提高了膜的抗污染能力,同时增强了分离效果,延长了膜的使用寿命。
In order to improve the anti-pollution capability of traditional membrane, a new composite membrane material BDD/Ti was prepared by depositing boron-doped diamond film (BDD) on the traditional porous titanium (Ti) membrane, using chemical vapor deposition method. The electrochemical behaviors of the product were measured and the applications to dis'pose oily wastewater were also evaluated. The results showed that the combination of membrane separation technique and electro- catalytic self-cleaning technique could enhance anti-pollution capability and separation effect simultaneously, and prolong the service life of membrane significantly.
