企业内部的离岸外移和企业间的离岸外包是国际垂直专业化的两种主要组织模式，本文从承接国的视角出发分析了中国工业行业国际垂直专业化组织模式选择的现状，并基于产权理论实证检验了国际垂直专业化组织模式选择的影响因素。研究结果表明中国当前承接企业内部的离岸外移比重大的主要是资本密集型行业，而承接企业间的离岸外包主要是劳动密集型行业；行业的资本密集度越高，承接国家行业市场厚度越低时，相对于企业间离岸外包的模式，最终产品生产商更偏向于采用企业内部离岸外移进行国际垂直专业化。

英文摘要：

Intrafirm offshoring and interfirm offshore outsourcing are two kinds of the most important organizational forms in international vertical specialization. Starting from the host country perspective, this paper analyzes the present situation of organizational form selection in international vertical specialization of China industry, and verifies the influence factors which organizational form selection in international vertical specialization based on the theory of property right. The results show that the production fragments from intrafirm offshoring focus on the capital - intensive industries, whereas the labor - intensive industries mainly undertake interfirm offshore outsourcing. When the capital - intensity of industry is higher and the density of the market is lower, the final product manufacturers will prefer the intrafirm offshoring to carry on international vertical specialization.
