为了探求胞内共生菌对麦二叉蚜 [Schizaphisgraminum(Rondani)]生长发育和繁殖的影响,用利福平处理得到脱共生麦二叉蚜,在不同品种 (系)小麦苗上单头饲养,研究了共生和脱共生麦二叉蚜的生长发育和繁殖生物学参数。结果表明:(1)在中抗小麦品系 35Q10上,共生麦二叉蚜的若虫发育历期、平均世代时间和寿命显著短于脱共生麦二叉蚜。而成虫发育历期显著长于脱共生麦二叉蚜;在高抗小麦品系 35Q9上,共生麦二叉蚜的若虫发育历期、平均世代时间显著短于脱共生麦二叉蚜,而成虫发育历期、寿命显著长于脱共生麦二叉蚜;在小偃 22小麦品种上,共生麦二叉蚜的若虫发育历期、成虫发育历期、平均世代时间与脱共生麦二叉蚜均无显著差异,而共生麦二叉蚜的寿命显著长于脱共生麦二叉蚜。(2)在 3个小麦品种 (系)上,共生麦二叉蚜内禀增长率、周缘增长率、净繁殖率、粗繁殖率均显著高于脱共生麦二叉蚜,且在中抗小麦品系 35Q10上变化最大。(3)在 3个小麦品种 (系)上,共生麦二叉蚜的日均繁殖率及日繁殖总数曲线峰值均比脱共生麦二叉蚜出现的早,且峰值高度均比脱共生麦二叉蚜高。由此认为,胞内共生菌对麦二叉蚜的生长发育和繁殖均具有促进作用,且取食小麦品种 (系)不同,促进作用程度不同。
The objective of the study was to examine the influence of bacterial symbionts on the development and fecundity of Schizaphis graminurn (Rondani). The aphids were treated with the antibiotic, rifampicin, to eliminate their intracellular symbiotic bacteria feeding on three wheat varieties, including '35Q10', '35Q9' and 'Xiaoyan22'. The result showed that: (1) Feeding on '35Q10', the development duration of nymph, population mean generation duration and life span of symbiotic aphids were shorter than that of in aposymbiotic aphids, while the development duration of adult was longer that of in aposymbiotic aphids ; Feeding on ' 35 Q9' , the development ulation mean generation duration of symbiotic aphids were shorter than that while the development duration of adult and life span were longer than that duration of nymph and pop- of in aposymbiotic aphids, of in aposymbiotic aphids;Feeding on 'Xiaoyan22' , the development duration of nymph, population mean the development duration of adult of symbiotic aphids showed no apparent changes generation time and than in aposymbiotic aphids, while life span was longer than that of in aposymbiotic aphids. (2) Feeding on three wheat vari- eties, the intrinsic rate of increase, the finite rate of increase, the net reproduction rate and the gross re- productive rate of symbiotic aphids were higher than that of in aposymbiotic aphids. Furthermore, the a- phids feeding on '35Ql0' was more sensitive than other wheat varieties. (3) Feeding on three wheat varieties, symbiotic higher and earlier peaks of mx and lxmx were observed for symbiotic aphids compared with apoaphids. These indicated that the bacterial symbionts were accelerated the growth, development and fecundity of S. graminum (Rondani), and the responses were correlated to wheat varieties.
