Dy-Mn-As三元合金的三种成分分别为稀土金属、过渡族金属、固态非金属,两两之间性质差异大,制备困难。本研究综合运用真空电弧熔炼法、固相烧结法、管式反应法,解决了Dy-Mn-As三元体系合金制备难题。试验结果表明,真空电弧熔炼法适用于制备As含量(原子分数)低于20%合金样品,固相烧结法适用于制备As含量(原子分数)高于20%的样品,管式反应法适用于制备不含Dy或者含微量Dy的合金样品。
The three elements of Dy-Mn-As ternary system are rare metal, transition metal and nonmetal respectively. The preparation is difficult due to the difference among their properties. In order to improve this issue, we use a combination of the application of vacuum arc smelting, solid phase reaction and tubular melt crystallization methods. The results show that the sample whose As content is less than 20at.% can be prepared by vacuum arc smelting, more than 20at.%can be prepared by solid phase reaction. The tubular melt crystallization method is appropriate for preparing the sample which contains little or no Dy.
