探讨了6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)等植物生长调节剂对土人参种子萌发及幼苗早期生长的影响。结果表明:不同植物生长调节剂对土人参种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响不同,同一植物生长调节剂的浓度不同其影响也不同。与ck对比,6-BA促进土人参种子发芽与幼苗生长的最佳浓度为2mg/L;IAA、NAA和IBA的最佳浓度分别为50、100、50mg/L。其中,2mg/L的6-BA对土人参种子发芽的促进效果最好;50mg/L的IAA促进土人参幼苗生长的效果最明显。
Effects of plant growth regulator on both Talinm paniculatum seed germination and its seedling growth at the early phase were examined. Talinm paniculatum were treated with different concentration of 6-g amino purine (6-BA) , naphthyl acetic acid ( IAA), indoles acetic acid (NAA) and indolebutyric acid (IBA) in a series of experiments. The results showed that different plant growth regulator and even different concentra- tion of the same kind have different influences on Talinm paniculatum seed germination and its seedling growth. Compared with ek, the optimal concentration for 6-BA, IAA, NAA and IBA to promote the seed germi- nation of Talinm paniculatum and its seedling growth are respectively 2 mg/L, 50,100 mg/L and 50 mg/L. Above all ,6-BA of 2 mg/L has best effect for promotion of the germination of Talinm paniculatum while IAA of 50 mg/L facilitates its seedling growth most evidently.
