实时定价需求侧管理(DSM)被广泛运用于智能电网中,动态地反映电力资源被消耗。通过博弈思想来对智能电网的需求侧管理做实时电价决策,针对两个零售商和一个批发商之间的互动,建立一个两阶段的博弈模型。考虑到两个零售商之间的竞争,根据零售商和批发商两方实时定价的顺序不同,建立两个不同的博弈模型。通过分析领头零售商在不同情况下的收益均衡,能够从中发现批发商虽然希望下放一定的管理权限给零售商,而且批发商也拥有绝对掌控改变博弈规则的权利,但是批发商也常常违背下放给零售商权利的承诺。更准确的说,应该通过法律来专门制定相关的法规来确保利润分配的变更。最后通过数值模拟仿真,来表明对提出的博弈决策模型具有说服力。
Real-time pricing demand side management (DSM) is widely used in smart grid, reflecting power resource consumed dynamically. Through the game to do real-time electricity pricing decision for demand-side management of smart grid, and the interaction between two retailers and a whole- saler, a two-stage game model is established. Considering the competition between the two retailers, according to the different action sequence of retailers and wholesalers, the two different game model is established. Through analyzing the equilibrium revenues of the retailers for different situations, We find that although the wholesaler expects to decentralize certain management powers to the retailers, it has retained the fight to change the rules of the game and frequently reneged on the promises. More specifically, the law should ensure that any change of the revenue-sharing formula must go through certain legal procedures. Numerical simulation shows the effectiveness of proposed scheme.
