电磁信号采集卫星是一种对地观测卫星,其搜集的信息对工业、科研、军事等领域有着重要意义。对地观测卫星多星规划问题是一个复杂的组合优化问题,论文针对电磁信号采集卫星特点,考虑其主要约束条件,建立了多星联合规划数学模型,提出了基于遗传算法的信号采集卫星多星规划算法,比较了单点交叉算子与多点交叉算子的计算结果,提出了基于解修正和罚函数的约束处理方法,并比较了两种约束处理方法的处理结果。根据模拟的数据进行实验及分析,表明该方法能有效解决电磁信号采集卫星多星规划问题。
Signal Collecting Satellite is a type of Earth Observation Satellites ( EOSs). The Infgrmation collected by Signal Collecting Satellites is very important in some application domain, i. e. , industry, science and military. The scheduling of EOS is a complex combinatorial optimization problem. Considering the specific constrains of Signal Collecting Satellite, a Multi-Satellites scheduling model was established and an algorithm based on genetic algorithm was proposed. Furthermore, two crossover operations were designed and compared to accord with different application conditions. To deal with some specific constrains, punish function method and solution repairing method were introduced. Finally, some experiments were implemented to valid correctness and practicability of our algorithm.
