针对高速列车作为谐波源对牵引网注入高次谐波并与牵引网固有频率产生谐振这一问题,提出一种定量精确计算列车网侧谐波特性及其分布规律的方法.以应用于高速列车电力牵引交流传动系统的单相三电平脉冲整流器为研究对象,基于三维(3D)几何墙模型模拟了基于载波脉宽调制(PWM)的调制信号生成原理,定量推导了单相三电平脉冲整流器网侧输入电压的谐波频谱解析式,得到整流器输入电压解析式及其谐波分布规律.最后分别基于Matlab/Simulink时域仿真和小功率实验平台测试,验证了理论分析的正确性.
In order to solve the harmonics resonance problems of traction network caused by high-speed locomotive, a quantitative analysis method for calculating the harmonic characteristic and its distribution is proposed.This paper mainly investigates the single-phase three-level PWM rectifier of traction drive, especially the characteristics of its harmonies.Based on the model of three-dimensional(3D) geometric waUs,the generating mechanism of cartier-based PWM's signal is described.The analytical formula of harmonic spectrum of the single-phase three-level PWM rectifier with the Input voltage of grid side is derived,and get the distribution characteristics of it.In the end, digital simula- tion and hardware-in-loop experimental results are shown to verify the theoretical correctness of this paper.
