提出了一种新的非闭合电极电容层析成像传感器结构参数的优化方法,采用均匀设计结合非线性偏最小二乘法,提取传感器结构参数与待优化目标间的函数关系;在此基础上建立新的目标泛函.通过对优化目标泛函的求解,最终获得传感器结构参数的最优值.本文以12电极非闭合电极电容传感器为研究对象,进行了结构参数的优化设计,并根据优化结果制作了非闭合电极电容传感器.数值仿真结果表明,就本文所考察的重建对象而言,采用参数优化后的传感器所获得的图像重建质量优于未优化的传感器;从而为ECT传感器设计提供了一种新的有效方法.
A new parameter optimization method for unclosed-electrode sensor of electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) is presented. The uniform design and non-linear partial least squares method (NPLS) were employed to extract the relationship between the sensor structure and the optimization objective; and a new objective parameters of the sensor were obtained by solving the p functional was established. The optimal objective functional. In addition, setting a 12-electrode unclosed-electrodes sensor as the investigation object,optimum design was implemented for its geometric parameters. The unclosed-electrodes sensor was then fabricated according to the optimized parameters. The numerical simulation results indicate that as for the cases of the reconstruction objects considered in this paper the quality of the reconstructed images obtained using the optimized sensor is better than the conventional sensor; as a result a new and effective method for ECT sensor design is introduced.
