为了改善混凝土界面过渡区的结构或界面粘结强度,提高混凝土强度及其他性质,利用振动搅拌或二次投料搅拌工艺的方法增强混凝土的界面强度。通过对振动搅拌和二次投料搅拌工艺的机理分析,设计了试验装置和工艺方案,并进行了试验研究。结果表明:采用振动搅拌可强化搅拌过程,明显地提高混凝土强度和搅拌效率;采用二次投料搅拌工艺制备的混凝土界面过渡区的粘结强度得到了明显的改善。
The interfacial transition zone is a weak link of concrete structure, and a main reason of concrete cracks, so it is the most important way to increase interracial bond strength by improving the structure of the concrete interface. This paper puts forward two methods, vibratory mixng method and secondary mixing method, to strengthen concrete interracial bond strength. The mechanisms and experimental devices of vibratory mixing method and secondary mixing method are developed and tested. The results show that the concrete strength can be increased by vibratory mixing method, and the interface structure is changed and improved by secondary mixing technology. 4 tabs, 6 figs, 9 refs.
