针对工程结构中普遍存在的装配不确定性,需开展考虑不确定性的有限元建模与确认。以一套组合梁结构为实例,对其进行了分层试验设计与各层次结构多工况的虚拟模态试验。并根据模型确定框架对其开展了不确定性参数的识别、量化以及模型的确认研究。展示了考虑不确定性因素结构的有限元建模与传统确定性结构有限元建模的异同,可为其他工程结构开展类似的工作提供借鉴。
Finite element modeling and validating for structural uncertainty are necessary for the wide existence of the uncertainties in the assemblage process of engineering structures. The multi-case virtual modal tests were done for a set of composite beam structures. The identification and quantification of uncertainty parameters and the model validation were performed via a validated frame of the model. This study shows the difference between the finite element models with and without the consideration of the structural uncertainties, and has provided a reference for similar engineering cases.
