道德位于教师专业实践的核心。教师在日常工作中需要处理各种道德关系,面临诸多道德张力。乃至陷于道德困境。教师的道德困境是关系型的,基本可分为对抗性的道德困境和非对抗性的道德困境。道德困境中教师的道德选择无可规避.比较集中地反映了教师的道德考量和道德能动性。其中,身份是教师道德选择的基点,关心学生是教师道德选择的立场,妥协和单方决策是教师常用的道德选择策略。教师教育需关注多重道德要求中教师的道德认知.增强教师的道德选择意识和选择能力。
Morality is situated at the center of teacher professional practice. Teachers are confronted with many moral tensions and even moral dilemmas during dealing with various and complex moral relationships. There are two main categories of moral dilemmas teachers experience, i.e. antagonistic and nonantagonistic moral dilemmas, both of which exist in a web of interrelationship. Teachers' moral choices are unavoidable in the situation of moral dilemmas and reflect teachers' moral considerations and moral agency. Identity is the basic point and caring students is the position, and compromise and single-handed decision-making are the strategies during making moral choices. Teacher education should pay more attention to teachers' moral perceptions when confronted with multiple moral requirements and strengthen their awareness and ability of moral choices.
