利用TOPSIS法与层次分析法相结合,建立了水资源可持续利用的TOPSIS评价模型,并对银川市2001—2014年水资源可持续利用状况进行了综合评价计算。结果表明,14年间,尽管银川市水资源自然条件没有明显变化,但随着国家水资源相关政策的颁布,银川市在保证经济快速增长的同时,水资源利用率逐年提高,生态环境逐年改善,水资源可持续利用状态逐年优化。
英文摘要：
The TOPSIS model sustainable evaluation of water resources was established by combining TOPSIS method with AHP method, and the sustainable utilization of water resources in Yinchuan City from 2001 to 2014 was evaluated. Result shows that during the 14 years, there is no obvious change in water resources natural conditions in Yinchuan, but with the promulgation of the national water resources policy to ensure the rapid economic growth, at the same time, the water resources utilization is increased and the ecological environment is improved. What ＇s more, the state of sustainable utilization of water resources is optimized year by year.
