以脂润滑7008C角接触球轴承为例,分别采用有限元法和试验法研究了轴承的温度场,用有限元法对模型进行了简化处理,并考虑了自旋的影响,用试验法测得了不同载荷和转速下轴承外圈的温度。结果表明:有限元法得到的温度按内圈沟道与球接触点、内圈、球、外圈沟道与球接触点、外圈、轴承座的顺序依次降低;高速情况下自旋对轴承温升的影响很大,不可忽略,影响试验结果的主要因素为载荷、转速。有限元法与试验法得到的轴承外圈温度基本一致,但试验法测得的温度略高。
Taking 7008 C angular contact ball bearing lubricated with grease as an example,the finite element method and experimental method are employed to investigate temperature field of bearing. The model is simplified by finite element method,and the effects of spinning are considered. The temperature of outer ring of bearing under various loads and rotational speeds are measured by experimental method. The results show that the temperature obtained by finite element method decreases in following sequence: contact point between inner raceway and balls,inner ring,balls,contact point between outer raceway and balls,outer ring,bearing housing. The spinning has important influence on temperature rise of bearing and cannot be neglected under high speed. The main factors affecting experiment results are load and rotational speed. The temperature of outer ring of bearing obtained by finite element method is basically consistent with that obtained by experimental method,but the temperature measured by experimental method is slightly high.
