为解决蔬果类商品网上直销物流配送“最后一公里”难题,根据我国大城市交通特点和居民生活习惯,应用物联网技术提出一种蔬果网上直销的“农-宅“配送系统方案,设计和制造了一种基于物联网和无线通信技术的智能配送柜,并运用WebService技术,以XML为数据交换标准,以SOAP为数据交换协议,将物联网和手机短信服务(SMS)植入物流配送过程,实现了支持异步签收的蔬果类商品网上直销“农-宅”配送模式.最后将该系统应用于北京碧缘蔬菜网上直销平台.本项研究开启了我国蔬果类商品B2C电子商务新模式,使其物流配送过程由“农-超”对接跃升为“农-宅”对接模式,大大方便都市居民的日常生活,同时有利于提高蔬菜配送效率和客户满意度,为节约物流总成本提供了新的可能.
In order to solve the last mile problem for fruit and vegetable online retailers in the metropolises in China, an IoT-based farm-to-door delivery system according to the traffic conditions and citizens' customs is proposed. Firstly, an intelligent delivery box system equipped with IoT and wireless communication technology is designed. Then, the Iot-based intelligent delivery box system and Short Message Service(SMS) are integrated into the delivery service systems to realize the home delivery process. Here, this paper employs these systems as Web Services, XML as data exchange standers, SOAP as the data exchange agreement. Finally, the case study of our system is applied to the home delivery services of Beiyuan Agri-food Online Store in Beijing. This research opens a new era of B2C business mode for fruits and vegetables in China, which promotes the distribution mode from the farm-to-supermarket level to farm-to-door level. It would also offer a great opportunity to improve the performances of delivery services, reduce the costs and increase the satisfaction.
