机床设备选择是敏捷制造单元构建的关键性技术之一。为克服现有机床设备选择模型缺乏理性的系统化的分析过程、评价指标的量化程度不够等缺点,本文运用独立公理从用户需求出发兼顾质量(Q)、时间(T)、成本(C)建立了敏捷制造单元设备选择的层次化决策模型,使决策过程层次清晰,指标间关系明确,并最大程度避免了决策冲突问题;运用改进的信息公理建立了决策过程中的评价模型,兼顾了用户满意度和系统能力,实现了评价指标最大程度的量化;最后利用案例分析对所建模型的有效性和可行性进行了验证。
Machine tool selection is crucial for agile manufacture cell construction. A hierarchical decision-maklng model of machine tool selection in an agile manufacturing cell is established based on independent axiom. In such a model, the customer's demands such as quality(Q), time(T) and cost(C) are taken into account. The model clarifies the hierarchy and the relationship between various criteria in the decision-making process and aviods conflicts in the decision-making to the greatest extent. The evaluation model in the decision-making process is also established based on the improved information axiom, in which the customer's satisfaction degree and the system capability are taken into account and the evaluation indexes are quantified. Finally, a case of machine tools selection is analyzed to verify the validity and the feasibility of the models.
