采用ANSYS非线性有限元法,对主方支圆K型搭接节点的搭接率Ov、支主管径宽比β、支主管厚度比τ、主管宽厚比γ及支主管夹角θ等几何参数关于此类节点极限承载力的影响进行数值分析,得到Ov-P、β-P、τ-P、γ-P、θ-P的关系图.研究表明,不论是贯通支管受拉还是受压,各参数与承载力的关系在隐藏焊缝焊接与不焊接情况下总体变化趋势是一致的;隐藏焊缝焊接节点的承载力高出隐藏焊缝不焊接的节点10%左右;随着参数Ov、β、τ的增加,节点的极限承载力呈线性增加;随着参数θ的增加,节点的极限承载力呈下降趋势;各参数中,搭接率是影响隐藏焊缝焊接与否的关键参数.
By using ANSYS nonlinear finite element method, the numerical analysis of the influence of lapping ratio Ov, diameter-to-breadth ratio of chord and braceβ, brace-to-chord ply ratio τ, diameter-to- ply ratio of chord and brace γ, and angle between brace and chord θ of overlapped K-joints on steel-tubular frame with square chords and circular braces on ultimate bearing capacity of such joints was analyzed nu- merically and the Or-P, β-P, τ-P, γ-P and θ-P dependences were obtained. The investigation result showed that whether the through bracing member was extended or compressed, the overall trend of varia- tion of bearing capacity with various parameters would be identical under the condition of both welded and non-welded hidden weld seam. The bearing capacity of joints with welded hidden weld seam would be higher than that of non, welded hidden weld seam by about 10%. With the parameters Or, β, τ increasing, the ultimate bearing capacity of joints would increase linearly; with the increase of parameter O, the ulti- mate bearing capacity of joints would exhibit downward trend; among all parameters, the lapping ratio would be the key parameter affecting the welding condition of hidden weld seam-welded or not.
