利用分析转移矩阵方法,研究了变质量分布粒子在1维自由势场(V(x)=0)中的透射率.通过点正则变换,发现变质量分布粒子的透射谱与其等效势场的类型密切相关.当等效势为势阱,则在本征能级处透射率达到极大;而为势垒时,如果粒子入射能量小于势垒高度,则透射率非常小,一旦粒子能量大于势垒高度,透射率则在1附近震荡.
Based on the transmission formula derived from the analytical transfer matrix method, two cases of the transmission probabilities of the position-dependent-mass particle through the free potential field are calculated. Combined with the point canonical transformation, we conclude that the transmission probabilities are closely connected to the structure of their effective potential. If the effective potential is a well, the transmission resonance peaks lies exactly at the eigen-energies. If the effective potential is a barrier, the transmission probabilities are very low at the below-barrier energies and oscillating around 1 at the beyond-barrier energies.
